History was made in Dunedin last weekend as the Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live™ Glow-N-Fire tour, presented by The Warehouse, ripped through Forsyth Barr Stadium for the very first time in New Zealand.

A sell-out crowd of 15,400 fans packed the stands for an afternoon of pure monster truck chaos. And it did not disappoint.

Big engines.
Bigger air.
And some of the biggest cheers Dunedin has ever heard.

From the legendary Bigfoot®️ to fan-favourites like Bone Shaker™, Gunkster™, and Mega Wrex™, the action was non-stop. Trucks glowed (like in the name), fire roared, and stunts had the whole stadium gasping one minute and erupting the next.

Tour promoter Nathan Brown (TEG Sport) summed it up perfectly:

“Dunedin, you absolutely showed out! A sell-out crowd at Forsyth Barr Stadium created an electric atmosphere that kicked off our New Zealand tour in style.”

But if you missed it, don’t panic. The tour has only just begun:

Wellington – Sky Stadium, Sat 27 Sept (one night only!)
Auckland – Sat 4 Oct & Sun 5 Oct (extra shows added – limited tickets left!)

The demand has been so massive that second shows had to be added in Auckland, putting this tour on track as one of the biggest family motorsport events ever held in NZ.

Tickets are flying out, grab yours now via Ticketek, the official ticketing agency, before they’re gone.

And here’s the best part: YouthHub will be on the ground in Auckland on Saturday, 4 October, bringing you exclusive coverage from the tour’s final stop at Eden Park. Stay tuned to our socials for behind-the-scenes looks, action shots, and the chaos up close.
